Sell programmatic. We'll run the engine.

You own the client, the relationship, and the invoice. Weekli runs the entire programmatic production line behind your brand — audience, creative, launch, weekly optimization, and reporting you can forward. Your clients never see us. No more turning down retainers because fulfillment is full.

What's included

A full fulfillment team, per account.

Everything between "the client signed" and "the campaign is live and improving" is ours. Every account, same discipline.

01

Audience, built from intent

We identify the people actively in-market for what your client sells — from live buying signals and their own customer data — and refresh that audience daily. Not rented social targeting: a list that's theirs.

02

Copy & creative, produced

Professional copywriting and finished ad creative for every format the campaign needs. You review before anything runs — or don't, and let the testing loop judge it.

03

Launch, testing & reporting

Campaign live, tracking installed, then the 45/90 loop: head-to-head creative tests, winners earn budget, weekly cut-and-scale. Reporting arrives in a standard format under your brand, ready to forward.

The plan

From your client's yes to live in about two weeks.

Step 1

You close the client

Your pitch, your pricing, your contract. We stay invisible.

Step 2

One onboarding doc

You fill our onboarding template with your client — one call's worth of questions. That's your whole lift.

Step 3

We build

Brief, targeting profile, audience, copy, creative, tracking. Typically live inside 14 days of assets arriving.

Ongoing

Test, report, repeat

Weekly optimization on the 45/90 loop. You get white-label reports; your client gets results.

The math on this vs. hiring: an in-house media buyer runs $70k+ loaded, before the programmatic tool stack and before management overhead. One white-label account with us costs less per month than the tools alone — and scaling down is a conversation, not a layoff.
Pricing

Priced to the account, and it drops as you grow.

A flat monthly rate per account, set by what that client actually spends on media — a small local account and a national one shouldn't cost you the same. Volume then discounts it: your fourth account lowers the rate on all four. There's a one-time setup fee per account, and in exchange there's no minimum term. Media is funded directly by you or your client, never marked up by us. We'll walk you through the exact numbers on a call, mapped to your roster.

An honest note on capacity: we cap intake to protect delivery quality. If we're near capacity, we'll tell you and give you a real start date rather than a bad launch. A waitlist beats a fumbled first campaign under your brand.
Straight answers

What agency owners ask first.

Will my client ever know Weekli exists?
Not from us. Reports carry your brand, communication runs through you, and we sign confidentiality terms in the partnership agreement. You're the agency; we're the production floor.
What do you need from us per account?
One completed onboarding doc (we provide the template — you fill it with your client on a single call), brand assets and photos, a customer list export if they have one, and tracking access on their site. After that, production is ours.
What kind of clients does this work for?
Service and B2B businesses with real customer value — think $1,000+ per customer — and at least ~$2,000/month in ad spend. If a client of yours doesn't fit, we'll say so up front rather than burn your credibility on a campaign that can't work. Here's the honest list.
What does programmatic add to what we already sell?
A service line most local agencies can't offer: intent-built audiences reached across the open web — news sites, trade publications, streaming — not just social feeds. It pairs with, rather than replaces, what you run today. Full comparison here.
How do commitments work?
Month-to-month, at every volume. No minimum term, no termination fee, no notice period — if we stop earning the account, you stop paying for it. That's what the one-time setup fee per account buys: we cover round-one creative up front instead of locking you into a contract to recover it.
Who pays for ad spend?
You or your client do, directly, on your own card — we direct the spend but never touch it, never invoice it, and never mark it up. One exception worth knowing up front: on Google and Meta the ad account is yours to keep, but programmatic runs on our DSP seat, so that seat doesn't transfer if we part ways.

Bring us one client as a test case.

Tell us about your agency and one client you'd start with. We'll walk you through the model, the pricing, and a realistic launch date — twenty minutes, no deck.
