1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of goweekli.com and any services provided by Weekli. By using this website, submitting a form, booking a call, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
Weekli provides programmatic advertising, campaign testing, and white-label marketing fulfillment services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or invoice. Where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control for that engagement.
3. Text messaging terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Weekli, you agree to the terms in this section.
Program description
Weekli sends account and billing notifications — including invoices, payment reminders, appointment confirmations, and service updates — to clients and prospective clients who have provided a mobile number and affirmatively consented. Where separately consented to, Weekli also sends marketing and promotional messages about its services.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and is never required to submit a form.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
4. Your obligations
- Provide accurate information, and keep it current
- Provide only a mobile number you are authorized to use
- Hold the necessary rights to any creative, brand assets, data, or customer lists you supply to us
- Ensure any audience or customer data you provide was collected lawfully and with the consents required for the intended use
- Use the site lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Invoices are due on the date stated. Advertising media spend, where we place it on your behalf, is separate from our fees unless expressly stated otherwise. We may suspend work on overdue accounts.
6. Intellectual property
The Weekli name, logo, site content, and underlying methods remain our property. On full payment for an engagement, you own the final campaign creative and copy produced specifically for you. We retain ownership of our templates, frameworks, testing methodology, and any general know-how, and may reuse them.
7. Third-party platforms
Our services depend on third-party platforms including ad exchanges, demand-side platforms, analytics providers, and CRM and messaging systems. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, policy changes, or account decisions, including advertising account suspensions made by those platforms.
8. No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market conditions, pricing, and platform behaviour. We commit to disciplined testing and honest reporting. We do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, lead volume, conversion rate, or return on ad spend, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid to Weekli in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice terms of the applicable proposal or statement of work. Fees for work performed and media placed up to the effective date remain payable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wisconsin have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or our services.
